Summer Camp Checklist
- 4 pairs of uniform pants (uniform tops not needed unless testing).
- 4 T-shirts for workouts. Tae Kwon Do or plain solid colored T-shirts only.
- belt - 2 is nice, 1 minimum.
- running shoes (sneakers).
- water bottle for practice, 1 liter minimum size suggested.
- baseball cap or small hat for workouts if you sunburn easily (optional).
- sunglasses (optional).
- 2 towels.
- flip-flops for shower.
- toiletries - soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.
- sunscreen - sweatproof.
- bedding - sheets/light blanket or sleeping bag, small pillow.
- alarm clock.
- light cord for clothesline.
- laundry supplies - soap, laundry bag (plastic grocery bags will work), quarters for the laundry (washers - 4+ quarters, dryers - 2+ quarters).
- casual clothes for after practices, shorts, T-shirts, etc. including walking shoes.
- very light jacket or sweatshirt.
- small radio or personal music system (optional).
- reading material, books, magazines, etc. for rest periods (optional).
- first-aid supplies, Band-Aids, Ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, etc.), Antacids (Tums, Rolaids, etc.).
- Bee/wasp Sting supplies if you are highly allergic. Please notify instructor if you are allergic.
- Camera (optional).
- Airline Tickets (mandatory).
- Money (mandatory).
